In Australia size I wear 7.5-8 in heels and 8.5-9 in flats (due to the broad shape of my foot). For those who are having similar problems I recommend purchasing US7. It fits perfectly, and as the material is known to stretch after wear I would recommend US7^^ I'm extremely impressed with the packaging which included Authentication card, especially the shipping!!! I'm going overseas where it's bound to be cold and snowing and I can't hardly wait! to wear my Mukluks!! I am 5'8 and they hit right at the bottom of my knee. I do wish that they were a little wider in the calf. I have skinny calves, but I not only tuck in leggings but also jeans. I suppose if you wanted to you could loosen all of the strap around the boot to make it stretch out more. I went with the black ones and although the design you see online is of two V's in purple, white, and silver, mine came with three diamond shaped designs and in blue, silver, and rust beads. So beware that I suppose they are all perhaps differently beaded. I think that's kind of cool since they are hand stiched and I ended up liking the beads on mine anyway. They are VERY warm and super cute. I got an amazing price on them. I checked the sizing with the Manitobah Mukluk website and they suggested ordering a size smaller then normal. I did this and then waited for my boots. I was really excited yesterday when they finally arrived. I tried them on and... the laces on the left boot broke. Also, the boots were too small! I am normally a size 7.5. I got a size 7. (They don't make them in half sizes.) I should have gone with a size 8. The only option for me was to return the boots for a refund. I can't do an exchange because they wont do it for a different size because my boots are also broken. Now, the cheapest I can find the boots in the correct size is over 100$ more then what I spent the first time. I'm very disappointed. |
